About Rulanda

Rulanda’s career spans both the public and private healthcare sectors. She has worked with orthopaedic, paediatric and ICU patients, and has extensive rehabilitation experience with patients recovering from knee replacements, hip replacements, stroke, spinal conditions and amputations.

Most recently, she worked in a busy outpatient practice with a strong focus on orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Her patients consistently commend her for her thorough assessments, compassionate care and genuine commitment to helping them achieve lasting results.

Her passion for movement also extends beyond the clinic. With a strong sporting background in competitive netball, as well as personal experience in cycling, running, swimming and triathlons, Rulanda understands how important it is for patients to return to the activities that give them confidence, identity and quality of life.

Rulanda has a special interest in chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation and orthopaedics. She approaches every patient through the lens of evidence-based practice and a holistic philosophy of care.
