Juan Carstens Physiotherapy & Prehab is an evidence-based physical rehabilitation and prehabilitation practice, based in Century City.

Juan’s mission is to provide his patients with a unique physiotherapy experience. He believes in utilising an evidence-based approach with each patient he sees and ensures that their treatment plans are customised to their lifestyle, so they can achieve their full potential at work, home and play.

Juan also believes that education is power, and that it is integral to the success of a rehabilitation program. To give his patients the best chance at complete recovery, Juan teaches them about their bodies, injuries and treatments and empowers them to manage their recovery. His hands-on approach has seen many patients achieve their goals.
